    Yeah that was him.

He is in a bit of a mess to be honest.

Surgery on Sunday and possible surgery tomorrow.

    Several breaks in the arms.

Saw the aftermath of the fall as well - had a feeling it wasn't a simple one.

Sending best wishes to him koutoubia.

Thanks to all the marshalls, volunteers and people involved in a tough but enjoyable day.

I was one of the paddy last group to finish, I felt myself fading for the last 5km or so but got there in the end. The burger (with all the trimmings) alone was worth it. Pic attached heading back up to Sally Gap (iirc) the ol' goggles got fairly misted up along the way but the weather held out otherwise.

Sorry to hear about the chap who took the nasty fall and hope his recovery goes well.

Weather was perfect this year, the blazing heat of last year took a toll!
Managed an average speed of 28.2 which I was delighted with. Excellently organized as always. Best social spin of the year.

Did the Dog for the first time in a few years and it is still a great event. Well done to all involved.

AFAIK Yeah both arms got a battering.

I think its a broken wrist on one .

Its confirmed the collar bone broken in 3 places but a plate and pin was inserted easily enough.

Elbow joint was in 3 pieces and was a bit more tricky but looks sorted.

    Poor fucker.
