Taking names now for this.

€450 for the winner and €50 for the highest weekly score over the course of the whole season

Will give it a few weeks to allow lasts year’s participants a chance to sign up before opening it up to everyone else. 

CSF will be collecting the funds. 

Draft day and time to be arranged but it’s preliminary set for the Tuesday after the transfer window closes and the time will be 10.30pm. That’s 22.30 folks. 

The rules for ties are as follows - 

In the event of a tie, whoever has the most overall weekly H2H wins is declared the winner. If that is also a tie then their actual H2H’s, against each other, are counted. If it is still tied then the combined scores in those weekly H2H’s will determine the winner. Finally, overall score we be used if teams are still not separated. 

This is the purest form of FPL so if you haven’t played before I suggest you give it a whirl.

In an effort to keep managers engaged (after they’ve stopped playing because they can’t win the league) we are giving €50 to the best weekly score achieved so you have a reason to put out a competitive team every week for the whole season.

Finally, When setting up our team name on the draft website can we use our boards name for our team name so we can easily identify each other.

Just a word on the €50 to keep players interested - should we not include double gameweeks to make sure it’s an attainable high score?

Or maybe make it that it’s the highest score in the last 10 gameweeks (not including DGWs) or something like that so it actually works to keep people playing at the business end of the season?

1. Yes and I will share the code with you now via pm.
   
2. No we haven’t but we have time on our side for good suggestions. Currently, it will be the highest score obtained in a GW (not including DGW’s) but we have yet to decide what GW to start that. Maybe the highest GW score starting from GW 25, for example.
   
3. We are not starting for GW 1. We start in GW 4. We can also arrange a date for the draft because the international break is between GW 3 and GW 4 so we can push the draft out to around the 11th or 12th of September.
   
   it’s a democratic process here lads so if you have something to suggest …..

I’m fairly flexible on that.

My reasoning was to let the first and maybe even second of the internationals finish so we’d know of any big injuries.

My only concern with the Friday is that it’s only one day before deadline so we couldn’t rearrange if there were any technical issues (as unlikely as that is). I also assumed the majority would possibly be socialising on a Friday night.

Again, I’m easy and happy to go with the majority. I think any night that week is ok for me including the Friday.
