Cold area in kitchen

    Last year, we had external insulation installed and overall, it has made a huge difference.

    However, there is one corner of the kitchen (against an external wall) that is cold in winter.

    I would like to get someone to come and check whether it is a draught, or a failure in sealing to outside (probably beneath floors, where there is a vent).

    My problem is that I have absolutely no idea of what type of expert I should be looking for.
