Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Limerick area - mold root cause/remediation - seeking specialist

    Hello,

    I am in the Limerick area not far from the city.

    We have a converted garage where mold repeatedly forms in one part, which is used as a bedroom. Obvious solutions including regularly running a dehumidifier were tried. For use as a bedroom, the part was extra insulated in 2018 and the floor was changed from tile to laminate, a lot of DIY and a handyman were involved, so something might well have gone wrong; this problem started about a year ago.

    So, rather than wildly break everything in search for a reason, I would like a qualified experienced person to inspect the place, pry under floor laminate etc only as much as necessary, and come up with the root cause and the remediation options.

    I would appreciate advice as to whom I should engage for this purpose. Thanks!
