    Watched the swimming realies. USA women come second and act they come last until it looked liked someone said brighten up.

    The USA men come first and its fist bumps making the crowd louder screaming and slapping each other

    Just catching up on the women’s synchronised diving, that was rough for the Australia team, happy to see Team GB get a medal though after a long drought in the event.

    Instead, as they made their final spring, Smith slipped on the corner of the board and flew off at an angle, spinning and landing with all the grace of a crash test dummy being hurled out of an upstairs window.

    A great day of sport, I watched the four bball matches, the rugby sevens final and bronze medal match and then the boxing. I'm wrecked and I'm ready to do it all again tomorrow.
