Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi Everyone,

I returned to work from mat leave with my first baby and have been using parents leave to have a 4 day week.

We have been trying for our second baby now for a few months and it is taking longer than we thought it would.

I was wondering though since I have been using parents leave for a four day week will my company only pay me for a four day week if I was to go on maternity leave again? What are people experiences of this?
