Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

Trying to switch mortgage at the moment om a property already owned.

Value of house €350k. Mortgage required of €75k. 30% of house is in trust of children's name.

Mortgage provider querying security of their interest in the property due to the trust of 30%. Anyone experience this before and if so what was needed/required to give to the bank to satisfy?

    Thanks

I'd advise you to get legal advice on this.

Lender might not be keen on this due to a potential issue relating to clear title.
