Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi, my partner and I are buying a house the contracts are signed and deposit given. I am waiting for the help to buy scheme before I can draw down on my mortgage. My claim has been put in but the verification from the contractors side is under review a full month. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Hi, I have received notification from revenue that I am eligible for a stated max amount (based on tax I paid for 4 years).

    I have not put in for claim yet as I am still waiting on the necessary docs.

    I am very anxious that they will not pay out the max advised and this will affect my purchase. In your experience, has there been a difference in the amount advised and the amount granted once your claim was submitted?
