I'm not sure what forum to post in but my GF has been told that she needs to apply online now despite applying way back in April to the Cork office. Every contact she has made to them just gets redirected to apply online. She is worried because it expires soon and she thinks it will effect her application for citizenship.…

I'm not sure what forum to post in but my GF has been told that she needs to apply online now despite applying way back in April to the Cork office.
Every contact she has made to them just gets redirected to apply online.
She is worried because it expires soon and she thinks it will effect her application for citizenship.
She has lived and worked here for 8 years
Any advice as she cannot leave the country until this gets processed and the current wait is about 2 month's, surely because she applied back in April it should speed thing's up but nobody wants to help
Any advice?
