Would this Sea Ray SS be an alcoholic?

I'd love to upgrade to something with some berts that can still seat a good few people and is good for towing/ski'n etc. From what I can see it uses something like 120L per hour, can you run it on one engine to cut that in half?

Any other recommendations for a people friendly sports boat, It'll proably spend the next few years on lough derg then the west coast.

I was hoping it wouldn't😓, 2 engines would be overkill for the lake then, proably something like this might be more suitable, seem to use a lot less fuel, can't really carry as many passangers up top though as my bowrider,

Also keep in mind there are very few places that sell fuel so you might be carrying a few cans, maybe look for something with an outboard.
