Vodafone email

We received a Direct Debit confirmation from Vodafone in the name of someone who is not at this address, with bank details for a bank that can’t be verified on any of the IBAN confirmation sites. I suspect that someone has fraudulently gotten a nice new phone off Vodafone which won’t be paid for. My concern is that if Vodafone send collection agents it will be to my house they will arrive (the house actually belongs to my father in law and there is no one living in it at the moment as he is staying with us 3 hours away. I have tried contacting Vodafone via the Bot and Phone but can’t get onto anyone because I don’t have a Vodaphone account number. Would anyone have an email address for them or have any suggestions on how to deal with this.
