Hot water won't come on anymore

My hot water no longer switches on.

Has anyone come across this before?

    Background:

I have a gas boiler for heating and hot water. Both are controlled by a CTC Eziprog panel (pictured).

The system is about 9 years old and boiler check annually.

I don't know if to call a plumber or electrician for this either 🤔

If anyone can offer advice I'd be very grateful. Thank you.

The RGI who serviced it a few months ago would probably be the logical first call, they're familiar with your system and should be able to sort it or get it sorted.

FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles to avoid the DRS fee.
