Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just got a quote for reseeding the back garden after a septic system install and re-grading.

About 800sqm in total, all properly graded bare topsoil but lots of fist sized lumps of clay and rocks (up to maybe 6 inches) lying around.

Quote includes seed, fertiliser, removing excess stones, although most will be buried.

Quote was €3.5k cash, based on €3/sqyd plus seed, fertiliser and removal costs. Reading past threads on people getting their new build sites done this seems very high, but they're from years ago so I'm not sure what current prices are like. The guy has a good rep locally, seems genuine and seems to have all the right machinery, but…it's a lot.

Anyone got anything to compare with?
