Insulation board seconds

    iv started looking for rigid 100mm insulation boards online which will be going between attic rafters. I’m seeing boards being sold as “seconds”, ie inferior to be sold at the builders suppliers for some reason.

    Anyone have experience with these or seen them? I wonder why they would be seconds and if they will still do the same job as those from the builders providers?
