Missing ‘Grant letter’ from Justice Department

    hi all,

I mistakenly sent, by registered post , my daughter’s visa supporting documents to the department of justice, without specifying the exact section and now, is proving difficult to retrieve and return to me, so I can send it to the embassy in Nigeria.

Her passport, family reunion grant letter, visa fee invoice and other vital documents are enclosed. What should I do? Do I declare it missing and apply for a replacement “grant letter’ from justice?

It was delivered almost a month ago, as I tracked it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Lastly, is it possible to get a replacement ‘grant letter’, so I could make a fresh passport for her?
