What's the story with buying stuff in Northern Ireland.… obviously the seller needs to be sure you are genuine but how can u be sure he's genuine? Bank draft or money transfer via bank app?… enquiring for a elderly neighbour... this seller is not a main dealer. When do you transfer the money?
