Garden wall cost??fair price

Looking for a bit of advice if this is a fair price for front garden wall 9.144 x 1.219 metres, foundations, capping and plastered one side for €2400 including all the materials. It's very difficult to get anybody to even price it so this is the only quote I got. Thanks

If you know the company that gave the price are reliable then it's not a rip off price. Doing the foundations right is very important, also if they leave the place spotless clean when they drive away then you're paying for a good job and peace of mind which is worth diamonds.
