Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As RTÉ are killing their autumn promos and events (They spend €70k on the last one in 2022, not sure why they didn't do them in 2023 or this year … who knows :) )

TLLS is returning, FC going back to a 4 day week (or at least they are recording during the summer months).

2 Jonnies return, a new panel show but not sure if that is part of the upcoming shows.

    Press release later today.

    On VMTV

TG4 should also be announcing their shows over the next week or so.

If you disregard the 'celebrity' stuff, some of the Virgin Media content looks ok. A lot of the dramas are ITV ones (The Tower, Coma, Until I Kill You and Grace). Interesting to see what 'Dead and Buried' is like.

I think they are missing a trick with their ITV dramas TBH, Mr Bates V The Post Office did really well for them.

caught the end of an ad for a new garda show on rte. looked like a follow along style similar to inside the k from virgin.

also on rte there was a documentary on travellers the other night & that machan fellow is traveling Europe by train in a multipart show

    RTÉ new season launch today

    https://about.rte.ie/2024/08/30/rte-launches-new-season-of-unique-public-service-content-featuring-real-irish-stories-and-celebrating-irelands-landscape-culture-and-creativity/

To me same old same old nothing major jumps out.

No Worries If Not strange to see this one return.

A few interesting documentaries but on the drama \ comedy front nothing that catches my eye.

Adam Clayton on showbands… not a combination I'd have put together!
