Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Virgin media phone contract question?

    Hi there I'm thinking of getting a mobile phone from virgin media and I was wondering if the new phone contract would affect my current TV and broadband contract?or are they separate?I'm asking because my TV and broadband contract with virgin ends in a few months and I mite get sky broadband and TV in then but I will only get a mobile from them if the contracts are separate.thank you for your help.

    Normally one doesn't affect the other.

    But it's best to call them first to confirm before signing up for the phone.

    They have different account numbers & separate statements so, should not affect each other.
