Fluke dose for sheep

Wondering what is the best type of fluke dose to use at this time of year to cover different stages of fluke

How often do people normally dose for fluke over the winter ?

I dosed mine for their 1st dose 2 weeks ago with Flukiver.

On generally wet ground they should be done every 6/7 weeks especially in a wet Winter.Heavy ground had dried out very well over last 6 weeks in NW,but is back to square one again now after the deluges that came during Storm Bert😥
