Has anyone here on opioids/opiates long term experienced hair loss?

I've been on one for a little over a year now for chronic pain, and over the last 6 months or so I've started to notice a fair bit of hair falling out. I got a prescription for Finasteride recently to help but I've only taken it twice so far. Anyone in a similar boat?

I'm taking opioids for more than 5yrs and have never noticed any hair loss issues.

Same as above poster, if the loss is concerning you/significant get to your doc, perhaps it's something else entirely
