Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Myself and a colleague want to do a head to head transfer - we are the same grade, in the same department, but different locations. The manager says he'd be happy but talking about HR having to advertise both positions for lateral transfer. I appreciate any guidance or information.

Seems to be completely dependent on what department it is and your grade. Head to head was meant to no longer be able to take place since the mobility scheme came into play but, from personal experience, the union have agreed on some exemptions to this. Might be worth giving them a call.

Thank you. HEO grade. I did contact Forsa to ask about any precedent but was basically told to call them back when I hit a road block. I may reach out again.
