Big faux pas from the female gaurd at the start that she gave up law to join the guards as her moral compass got the better of her! Lol out of the frying pan and into the fire. That will go down well when he has to work side by side with solicitors and judges

And too many drone shots of Dundalk, Longford, Waterford.

I suspect that Garda Corporate Communications knew exactly what they were doing, and got exactly what the wanted - generally the warm, fluffy feels, and the 'aren't they great, having a laugh with the yoofs' feels.

They did the Inside the K thing in recent years, and wanted a very different strategy this time around.

Have to agree, I actually dozed off watching it.. Something about a sheep farming Garda having the quiet life strolling around Carlingford, and then a bit of excitement watching two Gards speed out to a call which turned out to be a daydream the caller woke up from and there was no incident….. Zzzzzz…. riveting stuff!

We want car chases…catching high speeders on the motorway…Drug busts… ARU raids… breaking up riots in the city centre…. not this snore fest..
