Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Greetings to Solar Panel enthusiats.

    I am new here and want support. My suppier is Ecoplex and I have 12 panels (max power output = 5.16kW,) a Solis Hybrid Inverter (3.6kW), a myenergi water diverer(Eddi) and 12 optimsers (as I have trees near the house).

    I want support, are the best options:

    1 Here

    2 Ecoplex

    3 Eddi/myenergi/tapatalk by a phone, b email, c Eddi booklet

    4 web sites?

    What other sources of support would you suggest? What is the best?

    What kind of support are you looking for? It could be a bit of everything you mentioned above.

    You might need to be a bit more specific about the issue you have.
