Is Citywest a safe area?

    I'm planning to move to Foxwood Barn and I'm curious if the area is safe. It's near the Citywest Campus Luas stop - 3 minutes away from the property. Did anyone encounter any problems living near the area?

    Note: I already visited the area after 5PM (weekday) and I didn't see a lot of activity in the area and seems to be quiet. I'm hoping to hear from someone who lives near the area or within the vicinity or if you have friends living there.
