Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Professional inspection of efflorescence on the exterior of a building

We have painted the exterior of a house one year ago, and now on one side of the building the paint is flaking and peeling. It can be seen, that salt is coming out of the walls, seems to be efflorescence. We want to consult a surveyor or specialist, to check this and provide a professional report. But all structural engineers or surveyors are telling us, that this is not part of their service. What kind of specialist needs to be approached? Thanks for your help.
