Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We are purchasing a house and there is a small piece of land that our solicitor says needs to be updated on the land registry. The sellers solicitor is going to submit an agreement to the land registry and then we will have to wait until registered before proceeding with the sale. Does anyone have any idea how long tailte…
