Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Started my car this morning and red power steering light came on, and can't steer the car, that light never appeared before and went straight to red, would it be just fluid low or something more serious?

First thing to check is the fluid, but if the fluid is low or below minimum that can indicate a leak.

Very few cars have hydraulic power steering anymore so it probably doesn't have fluid and is electric.

Was it a little picture of a red steering wheel?

You will need to have the scanner as it has electric power steering.

It could be anything from steering angle sensor to steering torque sensor, lost basic settings etc bring it to a garage
