Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering what bird is this.

    Know nought about bird watching, but wondering what this chap is, not seen one before, I think.

    It seems at least the size of a large seagull, brown in colour with some white under wings.

    It's a lousy phone pic, but maybe it's obvious to anyone else.

    they've made a wonderful comeback over the last 15 years or so; i cycle around north county dublin a lot, and ten year ago i'f have come home from a cycle buzzing (pun unintended) if i saw one. now, i will often see several on a single cycle.
