Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

My son has recently started a new school year and he stayed for a couple of times in school a bit longer. That is under National Childcare Scheme. We had to make an account and application on their website.

Now, we want to cancel it but on their website there is no option to cancel it.

The service provider said they will cancel it for us but so far they didn't. My wife wrote to NCS support but so far nothing has been cancelled.

Does anyone know how to cancel this application?

There is a notice period of four weeks. I assume that we don't need to pay for the service if our son won't go there anymore?

Does anyone have experience with this?

Thank you so much for all the information.
