ITV3 not coming in on Astra 28.2?

My Dad has a https://www.revez.eu/product/revez-hdts860-se-combo-receiver/

He only has the satellite connected. ITV3, his favourite, dropped for him, I'm not sure when. The other day I did a single satellite scan on Astra 28.2, same as previous and it re picked up everything with some different channel numbers. ITV1, ITV2, ITV4 all fine, but ITV3 was again showing blank.

Does anyone know what might have happened?

An odd retune is no great hardship.

Thanks very much. I did not see an option to have a separate frequency for 1 channel when I did a single satellite scan. I'll have another look at the settings next time I'm down in his gaff.

I can't get any of the channels on 11344 H 27500

New dish and LNB.

I only watched Poirot on ITV 3 but if Talking Pictures goes over to that frequency then I'm chucking the TV.

Did you do a new scan to pick up the new transponder as it listed movement a month ago.

New scans, cleared out all the transponders and started from scratch.

No big deal. YouTube is my main channel.

We are down to 10 barely watchable FreeSat Channels and Talking Pictures plus all the rubbish that RTE has to offer. If we lose any more transponders then Her Indoors might want to have a conversation with me! 😮

Many other channels? It is just six versions of ITV1 HD plus ITV3 HD.

Maybe it is not really connecting at all as those channels might be 'left over' from some time ago. They are all encrypted so I never accessed them.

SOLVED:

It was scanning DVB-S so changed it to DVB-S2 and got 9 channels available.

There are no encrypted channels on either 11344 H or V transponders.

Something wrong with your installation.

Go to King of Sat and try to identify which transponder you're seeing

Look at the link I put above for 11344 H, Recently Removed information. If you know how, you should delete the transponder. Then create it again and scan it on its own.

It was trying to scan DVB-S and not DVB-S2.

You say you are getting 9 channels on 11344 H. I only have 7.
