Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

Newbie so please bear with me and apologies if I've posted in the wrong section.

I'd like to get someone to build a small and to my mind quite simple shelving unit in my attic to hold some Blu Rays and DVDs etc. I could I suppose just buy something from Ikea/jysk etc but would prefer to get something that fits the space I have in mind.

It's L-shaped to go into a corner but really quite a small unit. I've asked a couple of furniture manufacturers I've found online for a quote and the responses I got were either "sorry it's way too small a job" or rather conversely being quoted a ridiculous figure - I won't say the figure or name the company but it was genuinely ridiculous. Whether they were chancing their arm or just pricing it so high they knew I'd most likely say no I'm not sure.

I'm not looking for super-fancy wood or lights or anything, just a very basic shelving unit.
Anyway, I made a crude line drawing using powerpoint - attached.

Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who could help? I’m in the north Co. Dublin area.

Thanks in advance for any answers!
