Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Power washer capacitor question

Hi I have a Aldi workzone power washer that is not working. Opened the front cover a tested power to switch which I have 230v turned switch on and am receiving 230v after switch. Power washer is not making any noise whatsoever. Motor is not running. There is a capacitor located after the witch on L&N wires. I’m thinking that the capacitor might need replacing. I do not have a like for like capacitor but I do have a a higher rated one off a oil boiler/burner motor.
Anyway is it safe to connect this capacitor just to test and see does the power washer work. See attached pic of existing power washer capacitor .
