Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is there specialist oil boiler repair lads out there or do I call a plumber in, struggling to get a lad to look at a boiler it has thrived on neglect for the last 25 years but just won't fire up at the minute don't use it much as use stove and open fire, getting plenty oil and fan blowing out, making noise like it's running but no flame in box rang a local lad but he seems to be disinterested in helping me out and he doesn't do much work locally for what ever reason he seems to travel a lot probably don't want the hassle with the locals or maybe it's just me.

I would imagine an oil boiler registered fitter would be needed. When i looked at a gas boiler i did a search and also got feedback for them. 25 years is a long time of life and might be told it needs updating.
