Best Homemade Protein Bar recipe?

There are a lot on the web but I don't like the look of most of them, too many ingredients or too Amercian. There used to be a great one here on boards that I made years ago but I cannot find it now. Anyone know what or where it is? Or an easy-to-make protein bar recipe? Cheers!
