    I have a Hyundai Tuscon Nline 1.5L 2020

This is my second Tuscon( 1st 2016 1.6L)

1st engine blew 2020 with 220,000km approx . Knocking / tapping noise. Hyundai blamed me for not servicing it correctly .

    2nd car affore mentioned 2020 nLine 1.5

    Engine blew 224500km same issue.

This car was serviced every 15000km....same problem .

    Hyundai will not honor warranty.

Fuether investigation has revealed that there engines have a known weakness in excess of 200,000km for this issue.

It seems to be an ongoing problem with a build up of condensation in the intercooler whitch transfers to the main block and buckless the lift rods.

I am not a mechanic so my terminology is not correct but my description of the issue is accurate to people of knowledge of car mechanics .

This is a known problem, however manufacturer will not entertain .

Further research online suggests that the engine lifespan is only good for 200,000km.

2 engines similar mileage same problem.

    Warranty ....5 years unlimited mileage👇
