I’ve started to use mine a lot more now…….used to have a bigger one but moved it on, sometimes they can be too big. Would generally use it at the weekend for batch / work lunches for the freezer. Would generally use it at the weekend for batch / work lunches for the freezer. I like them as you don’t have to go out every 5 minutes and give it a stir 😀.
Slow cooked food tastes quite good. Below, simple potato, carrot, red lentil, onion, garlic, tin of chopped toms and a couple of tablespoons of that paste. I would cook curries from scratch ( have a dabba 😀) but thought I’d experiment…..it tastes brlliant.
