Hi all,
We are purchasing a new build through the affordable housing scheme with Fingal. We signed contract with our solicitor 2 weeks ago and the most recent update is that Fingal recieved the Affordable dwelling purchase agreement(ADPA) yesterday and it is with management for signing.
Has anyone else gone through the AHS that can give a rough estimate of how long it will be before we get the keys from here? Is it likely we could be in before Xmas?
