I'm having a tough time finding a decent pair of well fitting men's jeans. I've tried on loads and while the waist, arse and thighs are generally fine, if I get slim fitting the calf to ankle is too loose, and skinny is too tight. Have tried Next, Tommy Hilfiger, Gant and Seven Mankind, all pretty much the same. Any suggestions?

Have you tried reverse engineering the problem?

Msybe look at jeans in charity shops skinny jeans are for models not the average person I just look at waist size and height I look for waist 34 i.d avoid flared jeans you get the waist height right should be ok I. never bother trying them on in the shop or try Dunne's stores pennys.
