Moving Irish Naval Service to Coast Guard

    Hi I am after getting offered a full time position in the Irish Coast Guard. I am currently in the Irish Naval Service and earning 58k a year.

    The coast guard salary starts at 33k to 60k.

    Will I be able to entre the salary scale at a point equal to or above my current salary?

    Any advice and information will be very much appreciated.
