Hi All, We are family of 3 planning to buy a 4 bed in citywest Parklands in the Phase 2. I see there few 4 bed mid terrace houses which are not sold from October 2024(540k),we are not aware of the reason. As for us we are a little worried about the location and only 1 parking. Hi All,
