Widowers Pension Statements Needed

I am hopefully in the process of getting the Fair Deal Scheme which is a nursing home grant and one of the requirements is the last 6 months' statements of each account your parent holds, he is on a Widowers Pension, and was wondering where you would obtain statements from this account, I'm thinking the local Dole office but i may be wrong , any suggestions are helpful

A pension isn't a bank account; so there isn't a statement. If its collected at the post office there's nothing to give; if it is deposited to an account you need that account. If collected, they want a recent collection receipt to confirm amount, that's all.

It can be, but it can also be collected at the post office. That should be fairly easy to ascertain.
