Concert tickets

    my daughter bought tickets through Ticketmaster France for a Gracie Abram’s concert and has not received tickets. I have contacted Ticketmaster 9 times now and the concert is on Feb 27th, no real response from Ticketmaster, you cannot phone them. Anyone any suggestions what else I can do?

    They might no appear till 2 weeks before concert this has happened before for concerts.
