Help an OAP out please,

I want to diminish the look of my salt-and-pepper eyebrows(tinting is out of the question), but I've lost the only tube of this stuff I've owned. Can anyone who knows anything about this kind of thing tell me what's good for occasional use and not ruinously expensive? where I can find it would be good too, my brain boggled from looking at the variety of mascara types out there.

I sometimes use a trace of brown powder on a fingertip, to touch in a patchy brow. But usually I just lightly stroke in a few lines with an eye pencil.

I use one by Maybelline. I find it really good and I've extremely fair eyebrows! I've had people ask me did I get my brows done as its very natural. I use when my tint is fading and to fill in any little bits.
