Any experience of using Omnium Investment Platform ?

    Hello

I bought property through a self directed PRSA last year.

Therefore the PRSA has a single investment lump sum and regular monthly income to invest from the property rental ( approx €50K & €2000 per month thereafter).

Up to now my understanding was that New Ireland were the only providers that I could go to with the regular monthly amounts.

    Queries -

1 .My broker has brought Omnium Investment Platform to to my attention and I wanted to check if anyone had any experience of using the platform. Effectively you self direct what funds and shares your PRSA purchases rather than using a managed fund model from New Ireland.

    2. Is there anywhere you can access the mixture of shares purchased by fund managers under certain funds and basically track same ?

    3. New Ireland have provided me with the following charge structure which is imo quite good. Am I better off just going with them and handing over the management of funds to them.

    - 101% RP allocation & 1% FMC

    - No initial commission /No renewal commission /No trail commission/No SP commission/No exit fee

The above investable amount, and property constitutes approx. 60% of my total pension investments with the balance thru a pension with Aviva which is administered thru my employer & which is in 100% equities.

    thanks
