    The new Radio Forum Charter is now live, please read before posting.

    1. A presenter's show and performance can be critiqued, but personal abuse will not be tolerated (appearance, accent, personal life, their family etc). We are not excluding gentle mocking so follow the "Don’t be a dick" rule and don't post anything defamatory or likely to cause offence.

    2. Trolling will not be tolerated.

    3. Every warning now comes with an escalating forum ban - 1 day for the first pointed warning, then 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days. 2 weeks for each warning after that, persistent warnings will result in a permanent ban. A 0 point warning is a heads up that your post is unacceptable and a ban will not be applied, repeated instances will lead to a pointed warning.

    4. Personal abuse of other posters will be an automatic 2 point warning and move you 2 levels up the ban scale.

    5. As per the Boards Terms of Use no discussion of any matter before the courts is permitted.

    6. Absolutely no speculation of the identity of the person if there are media reports of alleged criminality by an unnamed radio personality.

    7. Please report any posts you feel are contentious and do not reply on thread.

    8. Do not reply to moderation instruction on thread, PM the mod with any queries.
