Fibre Broadband gone for weeks now (before storm), rang Eir help , they did the usual tests and said there is a fault on my line and owuld be fixed within 5-10 days, that was over m aonth ago. Im getting nowhere with them they just keep repeating they are very busy after storm etc which is fair enough i suppose up to a point. Is there any i can get them to escalate this?

Log an official complaint with them - make sure that you get a reference number. If that doesn't get it fixed then you can log a complaint with Comreg afterwards

Wow, I'm shocked. Eir are famous for their excellent customer service!

If you're lucky you'll end up having your complaint picked up by Conor Pope and published in the Irish Times. That seems to be the only way to get Eir to take complaints seriously.

Change provider. The new provider will get it sorted and anyway Eir are about the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

Rang them yesterday again, they gave a me an expected date next week when it would be fixed. Then today i had a phone call from them teling me they were sending me out a mobile BB pack until my issue is fixed. Wasnt expecting that

Doubtful. It's ultimately up to OpenEir to sort the fault and and the new provider can't really do much to sort it quicker. The only way it might get bumped is if it requires a new install but there's a delay there too.

If siro, NBP, or virgin media are available, jumpship.
I've 3 lines installed into the attic and I just plan to swap around as much as possible.
I use my own router so it doesn't affect anything in the house when I move.

Anyone got their internet back yet? 1 month to the day and still no internet (note: with Pure telecom but shouldn't matter)
