Yet another horse dies in Limerick city , seems as if the people?? who keep horses illegally in Many parts of the city and county can do as they please … everyone is afraid of them . Many of these horses are on council own lands illegally to start with before their whipped up and down the roads of the city and county . Shocking how one section of Irish society are allowed do this

that's in St Mary's Park. You won't find anyone going in or out of there bot from the locality, other than for dodgy reasons. I'm well able to handle myself, but I would avoid that area, never mind an animal welfare officer only trying to do there job. But you are right, Limerick City has a bad problem with animal welfare, in particular horses.

Just watched two fat excuses of men whipping horses on their sulkys in front of traffic on Childers road in limerick this afternoon , one horse was clearly bleeding on its shin , mad the cruelty these can people get away with
