BCMS - Architect Cannot Find Me

I have registered for an account and can see it on the BCMS. My architect asked me to do it re lodging the required notices. I did this a decade ago, and it was seamless. However, this time I'm told (having registered) that the architect simply cannot find me on the system?

The BCMS helpdesk is telling me I have to assign myself a role, and there is no option I can see for this outside of actually starting an application process which I'm paying someone else for?

Does any of this sound familiar to anyone and is there a way for me advance things? As I say, I've registered an account, but I can't get things any further than this unless I actually start defining jobs etc / filling in forms / making decisions I'm not qualified to make etc.

Send an email to the NBCO. There may be a bug. You may have used the same email or something.

That's a really helpful thing to offer, thank you. But I did sort it via the helpdesk eventually.
