With the recent fall in the value of the dollar, i was thinking of buying stuff from amazon.com Can anyone tell me how long they take to post stuff to ireland? (using the cheapest postage option of course :D )

I ordered some parts for a camcorder from a company in Ohio last year and it took almost 3 weeks and cost 8 dollars shipment. Last week I bought a hard disk and battery for a 1st gen iPod from a company in Texas via UPS, ordered at 2pm Tuesday afternoon delivered 8:45AM Thursday morning- cost 24 dollars for the shipment needless to say I was mightily impressed !!

I received a dvd in 5 days from them last week.

The longest I've had to wait was 2 weeks.
